Thanks for the information but I think some of it may be incorrect. I have according to census records Susannah Higginbotham being born in 1802 Monroe County West Virginia. Parents are Andrew Jackson Higgenbotham 1780-1858 & Nancy Ann Moss 1782-1815, Andrew Higginbotham remarried 3 more times, Sarah Bell, Anne Gooding & Margaret Richardson. I have no record of Nancy Ann going by the name Malinda and she never married more than the one time. According to the Wayne Co. Marriage Records in Kentucky, Stephen Owens 1801-1850 & Susannah Higginbotham were married Aug. 5, 1820 Surety Enoch Owens, consent Andrew Higgenbotham and performed by Richard Barrier. Their first child, Enoch was born in 1821. I do have land records, census etc. that can back up much of what I said above. As for the birth and death dates of Stephen Owens I am guessing due to the census records, his and Susannah tombstone does not have any dates on it. As for the Hickenbottom side, I am confused. I have Thomas Higginbotham 1710-1740 married to Mary Flournoy 1709-1740 son Moses Higginbotham 1730-1804 married to Mary Black 1741-1816 their son Andrew Jackson Higginbotham 1780-1858 I have Thomas Higginbotham from St. Philips British West Indies the son of Charles Higginbotham & Ann Rawlings. Not from Ireland. I am not sure if this Higginbotham side is correct or not though.
