Joe, I noticed in another forum you mentioned something about Lancastershire and the English spelling of Ownbey............what about the Leicestershire line (which predates the Lancastershire line)and the spelling of Oneby...........I had come to the conclusion that this was probably Arthur's line, since there are so many John's and Thomas's and even Humphrey's..............not to mention the changing from Oneby to Onby which seemd to be prevelent when Arthur first came to the colonies.

What da ya think? Which is the best bet?
