Looking for Ben Owen who lived in Springfield, IL circa 1850 and then relocated to the Indianapolis, IN area circa 1850. Family lore says he was a friend of my g-g-grandfather Joh Edward Denny, Jr. and that these 2 men moved to Indy area together around 1859. Denny was 25 years old at this time, so Ben Owen prbably was around that age.
