This deed made and entered into this 25th day of May 1863 between Sarah A. Overturf of the County of Brown and State of Ohio of the first part and James Cook of the County of Bracken and State of Kentucky of the second part.
Witnesseth:that for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Seven dollars ($27) and one half the said Sarah A. Overturf does this day bargain, sell and convey unto the said James Cook her undivided interest in and to a certain tract of land lying and being in the County of Bracken and State of Kentucky known as the old Henry Brock farm and between the farms now occupied by Jacob Saller and James Cook.In witness whereof the said Sarah Overturf has this day affixed her hand and seal

I, Rich J.
