Hello,
According to Shirley Overbagh and Theodore Overbagh's book 'Overbagh Ancestry', Charles Bion Overbaugh was b. 30 Oct 1857, Catskill NY and d. 27 Dec, 1941, Frankfort KS. (son of Nelson Overbaugh and Mary Jane Lampman). He married 27 Dec 1883 in Frankfort to Frances Caroline Sabin, b. 10 Mar 1864 Cherry Valley IL, d. 27 Apr 1947 in Frankfort; she was the daughter of Willard Howe Sabin & Caroline Lovette).
Charles Overbaugh moved to Kansas in 1879 and was a farmer around Irving, Blue Rapids and Frankfort. They had the following children:
