I was born on 07th February,1953,in the city of Montevideo in Uruguay. My grandfather, Adriano Ovalle Abella, was born on January 29th,1892 in the small town of Pereda de Ancares, county of Partido de Villafranca del Bierzo,Province of León,in Spain.He came all by himself to Uruguay in 1909,with 17 years of age.In Uruguay he married my grandmother, had two children, María Isabel and Hernán, and died in Montevideo on 03rd June 1988, at the age of 96.I am very much interested in finding more about my grandfather's Spanish ancestors.His father, my grand grandfather, was Miguel Ovalle, mayor of Pereda de Ancares, and his mother, my grand grandmother, was María Abella, a housewife.They had 7 or 8 children, being my grandfather Adriano the oldest of them.As far as I know, some of his brothers first names were Miguel,Jovino,Gerardo.
