I don't have any information other than this one probate record. If your gggrandfather was born about 1850 he would have been of a later generation. The children mentioned here were all born by 1816 when the will was written and all but one were adults so that they were probably born in the 1780s and 1790s. This family was from Worcester Co., MD. I think that there were also some Cherricks (Cherrix) in Accomack Co., VA.
