Did you ever consider fictional characters don't have birth or death certificates?
Your Bloody Bill Anderson and Henry Ford are part of the Dalton-Howk-Everhart story. They were a part of that circuit that went around bringing the legend of these characters in outlaw history to life so as to make the mighty buck.
