"p.224 25 Feb. 1728 John Sutton Farrar to Thomas Randolph, Gent., for L555, land in County & Parish of Henrico, commonly called "Henrico",432 acres, bounded by James River, land of John Bolling, Jr., late in possession of Thos. Farrar and lately conveyed to Thomas Randolph, land of Robert Bullington, land of Thomas and Henry Jordan and land of Martha Cox; which land was part of a grant to William Farrar, grandfather of said John S e., on 11 June 1637.
