Brick wall broken down just to go back up again!!!!

Ok guys I need help please....

I have been looking for several years now for my great great great grandmothers maiden name and just yesterday was told by a cousin that it was Outlaw much to my excitement...So of course first thing I do is hit ancestry and geneology.com....just to come up with yet another wall.... so I am going to post my line from me back in hopes that someone can help me.... so here goes...

Amy Anderson McCallister b: in Stephens Co., GA
Penny Dwyer b: in Norfolk, VA
Kathleen (Kat) Flanders b: 5/13/26 Emanuel Co.,GA
Gurden Flanders b: 8/24/04 in South GA
Ada Bell Allen b: 2/29/1880 in Jefferson Co., GA
Georgiana (Georgia Ann)Outlaw b: 3/21/1862 in Jefferson Co., GA
now this is where it gets sketchy to me....
I think that her parens were A. Morgan Outlaw and Roxana (Roxy)Spell but I cannot find her in the censuses with them.
She died young I know this because Ada's father James Joshua Allen remarried Mary A. New and this is the woman Ada called mama...For quite a while I actually thought she was her mother...have done quite a bit of research on her too...much to dismay to find out later I was on the wrong track.

I have fairly extensive information on Ada's children and on down but have nothing on the Outlaw side of the family other than what I have posted here...

I sure hope someone can help me out....

Thanks in advance,
Amy
