Hello..Alice, I thank you for helping me, I really appreciate it. I just found out that the (Lucinda/Jucinda, They called her "Cinda" or Cindy) had been married befor she married Richard Ousley, to a Tussey, or something similar to that. I found a birth date for Perlina Ousley and Malcom Prater- Perlina/Phyrlina Ousley (B. Dec. 1891- D. Feb. 12, 1960) Malcom Prater (B. Mar.12, 1882- D. Oct. 10,1947) We think that Hue Hamilton was his father, Betts Prater was his mother. Allie Hale, dau. of Malcom and Perlina Prater, had sisters named Roxie, Lonie Hues,Lizzie, and brothers named "Tout" Prater, Asbury, Bob, Harry. This is really a big brick wall!!!!!!! Allie Prater Hale and Willie Hale had 13 children......Thanks, Again....Judy
