I am looking for information on Mildred Owsley listed in the 1920 census May township, Platte Co., MO, daughter of Ugine (suppose to be Eugene) and Lusy (suppose to be Lucy)Owsley. My copies aren't very legible, but I think it says Mildred was 4 years old and born in Illinois. Her mother and father were born in Kentucky. I found a social security death record for a Mildred H Ousley, b. 5/31/1910, d. 11/9/1995, Decatur, Macon Co., IL, and Mrs Lucy T. Owsley b. 3/29/1895, d. May 1971, Clintonville and Paris, Bourbon Co., KY,. All of the dates and places fit but I'm not sure these are the same people. Eugene Charles Ousley was my grandfather, born in Paris, Bourbon, KY and he was married to Lucy and had a daughter Mildred that my father, James John Ousley (born in Decatur, IL of wife #2 Rosy Stevenson) never got to meet before he died.
