I'm trying to find evidence that one of my ancestors married someone called arlow, as wifes' surnames often become middle names in my family, and the name John Barlow Oulton is quite common. The only possibility I can think of, though, is Jane Barlow, who married Samuel Oulton in about 1745 (son Samuel bap 27/04/1747)
