I took a look to see if I could find any info to help you.
I found a Jean-Baptiste Ouellette married 1851 St-Andre D'Argenteuil, Quebec to Jeanne [Jane] Berniquer. Her surname has many variations in spelling as it is German in origin. Anyway, in looking further, I found that the couple did move to Ontario and had, at least, two children for whom I found death records. I don't know if their Joseph is the one you are looking for. Willette is a variant of Ouellette. The birth dates are estimated in these records.
