I have all the ancestry information of all the members that you mentioned. There are two interesting women associated with these lines. The first is Jeanne Savonnet, my maternal 7th great grandmother. Her first marriage was to Jean Soucy and they founded the North American Soucy line. Their daughter, Marie-Anne Soucy married Jacques Bois and founded the Bois line. Jeanne's second marriage was to Damien Berube and they founded the Berube line. Their daughter, Jeanne-Marguerite Berube, married Rene Plourde and they founded the Plourde line which is my direct maternal line. Jeanne next married Francois Miville, brother of Jacques Miville-dit-Deschenes, my paternal direct line 7th great granfather.

The other women is Therese Mignault-dit-Chatillon who married Nicolas Lebel and founded the Lebel line. Her second marriage was to Rene Ouellet and they founded half of the Ouellet line since Rene also had male children with Anne Rivet from his first marriage.

However, I am interested in who your great grandfather, Pierre Lebel, married and who your grandparents are. I have the birth and marriage information on his Lebel siblings, i.e., Desneiges, Delphine, Olivier, Josephine, Ernestine, Marie, and Georges. I believe if you have a Metis connection it came from your Michigan connections at the grandparent or great grandparent levels.
