In the province of Quebec, Theriault, Rousseau, Pelletier, Tardif, and St. Laurent are very common names (I know, because I live there). No one can be linked up to Aboriginals tribes. The way you could find information about a possible Aboriginal or Metis in your tree is by finding the last name of each woman before getting married. You will maybe find something interesting...
