I don't have anything for 1852, but two in 1857 are possible.

William T. Ottway [presume T = Thomas] son of Thomas Close Ottway & Elizabeth Freshwater Born 1857, London

Thomas Oatway son Robert & Frances Oatway Christened 22 Feb. 1857, Windlesham, Surrey

Considering how even today people cannot spell Otway these are worth looking at.

Do you have any other information about your Tom?
