My Otway was Ellen Otway, she married William Marlton but their daughter Susan Marlton married James Cooper and although he was from Abbots Langley he was in Essex in 1881 at a town called Munden their dayghter was my Great Grand mother and they were from Essex too and later Islington with the Railways, it could be that your Otway and mine were related way back, I know Ive seen Tolshunt somewhere but cant put my finger on it right now sorry, Ill keep checking!!What years are we talking for yours?
