Outley anywhere, anytime

I would like to contact anyone working on an "Outley" line. I have not had much luck with this branch of my tree. All I know is what my grandmother wrote down back in the 1950s. She said:
"My mother's father was born in England. Place or time of birth I do not know. His name was William Outley. He died a young man one year after my grandmother's death, leaving five children.
My grandmother, Nancy Ann Rheigness was born in Switzerland. I have heard my mother tell that her mother remembered crossing the Alps in an ox cart on the way to the coast when they sailed for the United States.
My grandfather Outley's people settled in Virginia. They had a large plantation and slaves. When he found he was on his death bed he called his lawyer and his slaves. He gave the slaves the pieces of land their cabins were on and had them promise to stay by my great-grandmother and help her raise their family. Not one failed his trust."
Three known children of Wm. and Nancy (Rheigness) Outley

CHARLES who married Sarah Sullivan

ALICE who married 1st (----) Wilson; 2nd (---) Rucker.

AMANDA CATHERINE was born 8 Jan 1846 in Alton, IL. She died in Volusia County, FL on 15 Nov 1920. She married 10 Jan 1872 in Campbell Co., KY, Wm. W. Kitchell. They moved to Ormond Beach, FL about 1879.

Any help on this line would be greatly appreciated.
