I'm new at this, I just happend to come across this site. My name is Ulises Otero, my family is from Puerto Rico. I really don't know where my family name came from. I've met several Otero's but the majority are from Mexican backgrounds. I'm really interested on how our last name came about. Also, my wife's last name is Aragon and I read something in regards to her last name on this website.
