My grandfather, Jose Otero, was born in Galicia (Pontevedra or in the region - 1885??), immigrated to Uruguay - where he was probably married to his first wife - then immigrated to Brazil - where he married my grandmother (Dolores Villar Otero - in 1930?), and had 2 sons (Cleber 1932 and Publio 1934). I am looking for information both of his ancestors in Spain and his siblings (if any) in Uruguay. Any help? Thanks. V
