I was born and raised in CA--My father was William Blair Otero, he was an only child. His father was Oscar Leonard Otero who had a brother named Ernest Otero--their father was John Otero. Adelaide and Virginia Otero- Luna were John's sisters. Luna is also a very prominent NM family.
Does this fit in with anything you have. I am just beginning my research--so any help would be appreciated.
