I would like any information on the Otero Family from Jayuya, Puerto Rico. My father's name was either Julian or William Otero Hernandez. He passed on around June of 1957 or 1958. His father was Jose Otero and his mother was Clotilde Hernandez. His siblings that I recall are/were Lucinda Otero (who married Luis Padilla), Jose Otero, Dario Otero (who married a woman name Concepcion). He married Maria Ortiz Melendez. His wife died in Jayuya January 11, 1966.
