Steve/Donald

Do you have Vincent's naturalization certificate and petition paper?
The child that was born in "old country" was he naturalized with his father or by himself? Vincent's second marriage to BUDNIK, did he not have to tell or prove to the priest where he was born/baptized? Any draft registration form? Is it possible that Weronika BUDNIK was from the same area as Wincenty and Julia?
Any state marriage application to find for his second marriage?
SKA is a female ending and SKI is a male.
Julia RADZIKOWSKA but her male family members would be RADZIKOWSKI. She was a daughter of Lukasz RADZIKOWSKI not the way you have it.
No middle name so maybe the X in the middle of Wicety OSTROSKI specifies that. If he signed it, he sure did not signed it correctly and I think he would know how to sign his name in proper Polish: Wincenty OSTROWSKI.
