Re.What year.Katie,I am Lawrence P.Kellar father of Mary Ellen (Kellar) Ostrowski. m.Joseph Ostrowski and had a son Joseph Jr.b.Dec.1974 in Wis.What info.I have is that Joseph Sr.had a small farm when they were m.no date.Mary Ellen lost Joe Sr. and went bad when she met a drug runner,Her story was that he planted drugs in her purse when stopped by police.She was arrested and served 6 month. in the mean time Joe Jr.was placed in a home and some how had an atty.as his Rep.and friend who contacted me and told me the story that Mary Ellen had him doing thing like going for drugs for her and the boy was caught and placed under the suppervision of the Atty. When Joe Jr. graduated from boys scool in Milwauki with a 4+ grade ave. His Atty.Called me and said the boy wanted to be an Atty.and could I assist.I in turn told him if the boy would go into the Navel Academy He would take a course for atty.and serve six years after graduation in the Navy as an Atty yes I could help him. The answer came back that he would love the chance.I put him in contact with a Navel Officer im Madison,WI. AND HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM SINCE.I contacted the Navy and they had no record. Can any one Help me? I am 80 years old and don't know how long I have left.Don't get me wrong I think I have a few left. Larry.
