Probably after a place name,
There is
"OWSTWICK, in the parishes of Garton and Roos, wapentake and liberty of Holderness, 8 miles ENE. of Hedon. Population 139."

What it means is up for grabs, East Farm seems like the best bet,
But Ost can mean cheese and Wick can also mean port or bay in Anglo Saxon and Norse respecitively.
