Well I spoke with Harry Osterman in 2003. He had read my post and decided he needed to set me straight. He affirms that he is not my biological father. He said he was told by my mother, Michael Cain, that my father was a lawyer in Dallas. He seems to think that the name I was given was a play on words, Joe Tom Sample. Kinda like the whole Tom, Dick and Harry thing. Funny. Well supposedly he was married and she cleaned his house. Gee wasn't that pleasant to find out. So the story I was told was not true and I will probably never know the truth. Except that I lived my whole life with out a father. It seems she took whatever truth she had about this to her grave. Geez, talk about your family skeletons. ~
