My father's side is O'Shea from County Cork. My grandfather was John O'Shea born 11-10-1892 in the District of TempleMichael, Youghal, Cork . I do know he was baptised at "BallyDaniel"( entry #184...birth cert# 632(?) because I visited in 2002. He was the son of Nicholas & Honora (maybe Hanora). He emigrated to the US about mid 1920's...not sure exactly, but my Father was born in 1928 in NY. Nicholas Francis O'Shea. I don't know much about the O'Shea's that stayed in Cork, but I beleive there may have been a sister of my grandfather. I'm not sure if she married. If this is of any help, than I a very happy..;If you have any questions, please contact me at O'Shea

PS: Honeslty I don't think this is the same family connection.
