Thank you for the response....I have a little more on Lucian than I did earlier if you are interested. I have his father in the 1860 census of Tuolumne Co. CA in the 1870 census of Santa Clara Co. CA....Lucian and both his parents in the 1900 census of San Diego Co CA. Lucian in 1910 Harlan Co Nebraska, single and a teacher in a seminary, Lucian, Evangeline and son Robert in 1920 in Beadle Co. SD along with Lucian's mother Anna Moorehouse. Lucian and Evangeline are in Canyon, Randal Co. TX in 1930. Robert was apparently their only child. He died while quite young and is buried in Canyon. Anna apparently remarried for the third time to a Mr. Wood. She died in MS (Lucian was there also) and her body was returned to Canyon and buried next to her grandson. Lucian's wife was Evangeline Manning, daughter of Joseph and Maria Painter Manning. She was born in Osborne Co. KS April 22, 1878 and died in West Covina, CA Sep 25, 1965. According to documents my daughter found in West Texas A & M Evangeline was a teacher also...I did find her in 1910 teaching at the same seminary as Lucian.
Feel free to contact me if you would like more info on the census records I found.
