Oops! I am so sorry! Elizabeth Simpson was not Thomas Osborne's 2nd wife. I was thinking of Elizabeth Hawkins who was William Simpson's second wife. They were the parents of John Simpson, husband of Arilla Osborne. So far as I know, Thomas Osborne was only married once. I do not know, however, if or how his wife Elizabeth was related to these other Simpsons from the same county in MD.

Genealogy is confusing enough without people making mistakes! My apologies again!
