GOOD LUCK with the spelling..My maidan name is Orsbun! My GGrandfathers name was David Volen Orsbun,or so I thought,he had 7 son's one by the way was named Marshall but he was born abt 1909 I think, anyway all the son's had children and it wasn't until my cousins & I grew up we found our surname was spelled 7 diffrent ways!! Why we don't know..Even with my Osborn spelling of my David I'm not sure that's the right spelling..One of my Uncles told me that back in the old days if the census taker ask you name and you said OSBORN that's the way they spelled it even if you ment Osborne or Orsbun..I'm moving to Ark the end of June there and Okla are where all the family live so I'm going to be finding them and clear my Orsbun mess..Good Luck I know what you are going through...Always Diana
