There is a photo and details of an old document dated 14 December 1811 on website http://www.familychest.co.uk/default.htm (use surname search).
The document relates to property on Winterbourne Down, on the North side of the Green Dragon, which is owned by Thomas Amos.
In February 1810, he mortgaged the property to Ann Osborne for £100, and then in May 1810, to George Martin for a further £50. These two mortgages are now being transferred to Thomas Nutt, but the third (new) dwelling in dragon Lane is being placed in the hands of John Osborne as trustee.
