My cousin gave me lots of info on my Osborne and I thought I had it traced all the way back to the 1200's but I had a man tell me that my information on Francis Marion Osborne was not right. And also that my info on John Howell Osborne was not right. I have been searching websites and can't find anything to agree with what I have. I have FM born in 1825 in Camden, GA and dying in Elmore County, Alabama. I show his father to be John Howell Osborne. Does anyone have any correct info on this. I hate to be going in the wrong direction. Thanks.
