Hi Pat,
My computor crashed a couple of weeks ago. Just got it back last Sunday. Lost a lot of stuff. Just got my paper trail now. Have notebooks of Brewer's, Hatton's, Helton's, Osborne's and Brown's. It's just a matter of having time to do it again. I have the Family Tree Maker. I just sent Roy some new stuff. I don't know when he'll add it to the family web site tho'. He's so busy now.
I'm now in the process of writting a book, with our family tree. My grandchildren are getting into it. I'll have what was happening in history at the time each person lived, plus family stories I've been told all my live and an index of all family-related surnames. It'll mostly be geared for Children, so they'll learn history, their heritage etc. I've never written much adult stuff. Only had children stories and poems published. Well, a few articles in the local newspapers. But, I hope adults will find it interesting too. Especially beginning researchers will learn a lot from it. I have more time to spend on it than Roy, so have a lot more. Will be going to Tenn. in about 2 weeks and will take my stuff so Roy can download as much as he wants. Got to leave for work in a couple of hours. work at home through the week, and in Dayton on the week-ends.
Be glad to look up anything you need. Willing to share info. New email [email protected] go. My 2 yr old grandson stayed the night and he wants my attention. Later....your cuz, Wanda
