Hi,
I am researching my gggrandfather, Charles N. Osborn, who was born about 1819 and died April 1861 in New Canaan, CT. I just found that there is a transaction between Charles and a George H. Osborn of Norwalk, CT on June 2, 1857. Another transaction on May 29, 1856 shows a Fowler M. Ray of New York City leasing land and a house to George H. Osborn. Both transactions involve the same piece of land that is bordering the New Haven/New York railroad tracks in South Norwalk, CT.
Don't know if this is your Charles H. Osborn but I am hoping we can help each other.
