I just wrote a few minutes ago saying that my suggestion was wrong.I think I have found what may be correct. In the Orwick family papers I received there is a typewritten sheet that says:
"P.S.Jacob was the son of Frederick Orwick.Jacob Orwick, was my Fathers Father, & my Grandfather. He came from Penn in 1836, married, Mary Ann Coyle, in 1845.They had 8 children, (His first Wife) David A. Orwick, John Orwick, Rill Orwick, Libb Orwic. Etta Orwick.Letta Orwick.P. S. this is all I know now. Will try to find out...John Orwick, married (left blank)Had 4 children, Walter Orwick,(blank) Orwick, Charley T. Orwick. Marjorie Orwick."That is all that is on that page.I do not know who wrote the paper.
I think perhaps Etta and Letta or the same person.I have some other names, but am not sure of their correctness.
I went to familysearch.org and looked at the 1880 census.John (21) is there; his wife is a Catherine (23) and a 7 yr. old nephew, Franklin Hoy is living with them.He is the son of Clesta Orwick who mdAbe Hoy. Celesta was a brother to John and David.
