While at the library copying obits for someone, I managed to get a copy of the following obit. I am in no way related to this person, but wanted to post the obit in case it was helpful to someone.

July 13, 1911
O'ROURKE - Patrick O'Rourke, a former resident of Lowell, died Wednesday at his home, 11 Fremont street, Maplewood, Mass, aged 35 years. He leaves a wife, Elizabeth, his parents, two brothers, John of California and James of Boston, two sisters, Mrs. Thomas Shea and Miss Mary O'Rourke of Boston. He was a member of the Maplewood division, A.O.H. The remains will be brought to the city for burial by Undertakers J. F. O'Donnell & Sons, the time to be announced later.
