My parents divorced. I know nothing of my father. We emigrated to North America after their divorce. I grew up in foster homes, independantly gained an education in social work and made a life for myself. I am now happily married with 4 children and two grandchildren. Unfortunately, I am missing my roots. I once logged on to a forum and mentioned my father's name, only to achieve "radio silence". I don't have a lot of information. I have a postcard that states that my niece was named Catherine after me. I hope someone has info.
