I had an ancestor who was a Julia O'Rourke. She was also born in Killientierna in a place called Ballymacdonnell in 1865 but she died in Trallee Ireland in 1960. So she isnt your ancestor.
You should look in a set of old books called the "Coshe Mang, Slieve Lougher and Upper Blackwater" that lists the names of births deaths and marriages in Kerry in the 1800's
You would have to enquire with a major library in your area as to how you could acces these books.
