Has anyone heard of a FRED ORMAN/AHRMAN?
My Grandfather's(George/Jure Schultz) Naturalization Papers list a Fred AHRMAN,(signed that way), on May 7 1920.
My Grandfather was Lithuanian/Latvian. Came from Pelten Russia in 1907; sponsored by Fred Orman. I'm assuming that AHRMAN was changed to Orman once they were settled in the USA. They were located in Bloomville,Wisconsin at that time. It also list(at the Ellis Island web page)that Fred Orman was my Grandfather's Brother-in-law. I don't know if this is my Grandmother's side, or maybe Grandfather's sister's husband. I don't even know if Grandpa had a sister. I haven't been able to go back any further than what's on the Ellis Island page.
Can any one help me?
