Orlowski, Orloski, Orlosky, Orlousky same family

The use of these four spelling started when three brothers arrived from Prussia. When they arrived they were given the following spellings Orlowski, Orlousky and Orloski. Later a son in N.J. used Orlosky. They lived in Ohio and PA. To confuse things even more the census records in PA have additional spellings of the same family. Their primary residence was and is in Sullivan County, PA. The name used there is now ORLOWSKI. In searching records in Germany I found the births of several family members and the spelling was ORLOWSKI. However it is believed that the name was orginally ORLOSS/Orloff/Orliss or a variant.
