My grandfather, Napoleone Calenda, was born in 1873. He was adopted as an infant and renamed Philip Orlando. His adoptive parents, Mercurio Orlando and Caterina Circuru, raised him in Terrasini Sicily. I was told that he had one older brother, Carlo, and one older sister, Caterina. I don't know if these are biological children of Mercurio and Caterina or also adopted. I have found some information about Carlo but none about Caterina. If anyone has any information about her - her DOB, Married Name, children, etc., could you please let me know? Thank you.
