I have managed to trace a John Ord who married Elizabeth Rye in 1813. I am assuming he was born approx 1790. I think his farther may have been called William. His son John (born Bowes, Barnard Castle) married Elizabeth Atkinson in 1844 and their children, John, Thomas, William and Adamson lived in Cornforth, Co Durham and were miners. Just wondered if anyone has any info they could share or if anyone is looking for any info I might have. Notify Administrator about this message?
