Where was he born? Was he married before Cecilia? I know that an obit might help answer these questions...but until you have it.... I wasn't sure if you have this info: Name: Martin, Cecilia Cut County: Multnomah Death Date: 25 Jun 1985 Certificate: 85-11487 Age: 81 Birth Date: 15 Oct 1903 Spouse: Noah (You might want to post on the Multnomah forum for an obit look up for her) His SSN was issued in MN so he must have been there at some point after 1930-1950.
