Hi Larry:
According to the 1900 census Jacob was born Dec 1826 in PA and Mary Ann was born June 1826 in Illinois.
Since neither are listed on the 1910 census thay must have passed between 1900 and 1910-and also they are not lsited on the Oregon death index, which may mean they passed away prior to 1903.
You might try contacting Wallowa County to see if they have any records:
