Kent is still a town, quite small. It never was very big. 150 people in 1905. Kent has had 2 or 3 schools over time.

DeMoss Springs is more a place now, and was mostly a homesite rather than a town. There was a small school there for a few years about the time you asked.

I have book "They paved the Way" which I got most of this from. And i have been in both place is recent years.
