Hello, I have recently added several Polk County biographies and/or obituaries to the Polk County, OR GenExchange site.
Some surnames are:
BOLLMAN, BROWN, BUTLER, CAMPBELL, COOPER, EMBREE, FISKE, FULLER, GERLINGER, GRANT, GUTHRIE, HANNA, HAYTER, HEDGES, HIRSCHBERG, IRVINE, KOEN, LOUGHARY, MCBEE, MCNARY, MOORE, ORR, PARTRIDGE, POWELL, RIDDELL,SELLERS, SIMPSON, SNYDER, STAATS, STARBUCK, SWOPE, THARP, UGLOW, VASSALL, VEASIE, WALKER, WOOD
You can take a look at them at:

For biographies just click on biographies and go to the BIODEX to see all surnames (or just type in surname).
For obituaries click on Death/Obituaries.
While you're there looking around PLEASE feel free to add your POLK COUNTY ancestors' information, such as births, deaths, bio's etc. so it can be shared with others. I am still in the process of adding Polk County information, so check back often!!!
