The 1900 US Census for Polk Co., OR lists Sarah C. Young,
age 37, living with her parents, Irving & Nancy Claggett in Middle Independence Pct. Sarah is noted as being married 20 yrs.rather than divorced or widowed. Can anyone tell me what became of her after 1900 or where her husband, Eli Young, was at that time? Did these individuals die in Independence? Any help appreciated.
