You can request copies of their obituaries from the Falls City Public Library, 199 Mill Street, Falls City, OR 97344.

I found a Dora Wilsey and family in 1860 living in Bloomer, Montcalm Co., MI.
William Wilsey, head, b. NY, 22 years old, farm laborer.
Cordelia, wife, b. NY, 19.
Dora, b. ? [can't read but probably was MI], 2.
Mary E., b. ? {can't read but probably was MI], 9/12ths.

In 1900 Dora Graham and family were living in Dallas, Polk Co., OR.
George N. Graham, b. MI, Sept. 1855, marr 24 yrs, farmer.
Dora, wife, b. MI, Feb. 1858, had given birth to three children but two alive in 1900.
Carrie, b. MI, July 1892.
Orilla Estell, dau, b. MI, Feb. 1878, marr 3 yrs.
Everett, grandson, b. MI Jan 1898.

In 1910 Dora and family were living in Falls, Polk Co., OR.
George N. Graham, b. MI, 54 yrs old, carpenter rough saw mill.
Dora, b. MI, 52.
Carrie, b. MI, 17.

In 1930 Dora was living in South Falls, Polk Co.
Dora Graham, b. MI, 72, widow, no occupation listed.

In 1910 William, Orilla and family were living in Falls, Polk Co.
William Estell, b. MI, 39, marr 13 yrs, carpenter saw mill.

In 1930 William, Orilla and Ila were living in Falls City.

Emma or Amma A. Estelle, wife, b. KS, 47, marr @ 17. Her marriage to Everett must be her 2nd marr.

I don't know where to find obituaries in Flagstaff. You can look up www.raogk.org and see if they have a volunteer.
