"Albert H. IRWIN
Albert Hugh Irwin, a former real estate broker, architect and builder, died Thursday in a Portland nursnig home. He was 87.
Mr. Irwin, a Portland resident since 1920, opened the A. H. Irwin Co., a real estate business, in 1938 and retired in 1979. He built several homes in the Dolph Park, Alameda and West Hills areas.
Born in Cheboygan, Mich., he was a graduate of Oregon State College. He was a member of Piedmont Presbyterian Church and American Legion Post 52.
Surviving are his wife Ruth; daughters Patricia Crocker, Minneapolis, Minn., and Susan Mosely, Houston, Tex.; and six grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held Monday in the Ross Hollywood Chapel. Committal will be at Rose City Cemetery."
